A watercolour international meeting held at Ceuta and Assilah (Morocco), from 2nd December until 8th December 2016. 

First Prize in the contest of the III Ceuta Watercolour Participative Meeting for the artwork entitled "Citizen of Ceuta" (Portrait of Pedro Orozco Tristán).
